We strive to display the colors and images of our products as accurately as possible in our store. However, we cannot guarantee that the colors displayed on your monitor will be exact.

3. PRICES AND PAYMENTS

All prices are subject to change without notice. The prices shown include VAT where applicable.

4. SHIPPING

The estimated shipping time is 3–5 business days. Delivery times are estimates, and we cannot guarantee delivery on specific dates.

5. RETURN POLICY

We accept returns within 14 days of receiving the product.

5.1 RETURN PROCEDURE

1. Refund (applies only to warranty claims and the right of withdrawal):
– Via bank transfer (savings account, checking account, or cash): processed within approximately five business days of receiving the product back at our warehouse.
– Via payment reversal: fifteen business days after receiving the product at our warehouse. This reversal is processed by your bank; if you have any questions, please contact them directly.
– Product exchange (subject to inventory availability at the time of exchange). Exchanges are only permitted for products of equal or lesser value than the original, and any price difference, if applicable, will be issued as a coupon for a new purchase in the online store. If the product is not available for exchange, the value of the product(s) will be issued as a coupon for a new purchase.
– Coupon for a new purchase (This coupon is valid for six months from the date of issuance).
2. Product exchange (Subject to inventory availability at the time of exchange). Exchanges may only be made for products of equal or lesser value than the original, and any difference, if applicable, will be issued as a coupon for a new purchase in the online store. If the product is not available for exchange, the value of the product(s) will be issued as a coupon for a new purchase.
3. Coupon for a new purchase (This coupon is valid for six months from the date of issuance).

5.2 Product Return Conditions

The product must be returned in perfect condition, with no signs of use, and with the original tags attached. If the tags have already been removed, please place them inside the packaging. Once we receive the product at our warehouse, we will inspect its condition. Depending on the results, we will either send you a new product or provide you with a coupon for a future purchase.

We are committed to protecting your privacy. The personal information you provide will be used solely to process your order and improve your shopping experience.

7. CHANGES TO THE TERMS

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will take effect immediately upon their publication on the website.
